EmpTech students are empowered to learn how to utilize the online ICT Projects for Social Change. After creating the Google Sites, the websites shall be uploaded, managed, and promoted for maximum audience impact.
The icons below are the procedures for the users to publish the Google Sites.
This time, try to log in to your accounts on Google mail. In the Google platform, click the Google Apps icon. Then, click the Google Sites icon. In the Google Sites platform, just explore the online creation tools such as Insert, Pages, and Themes. It has the Insert menu online application tools such as Text box, Images, Embed, Drive, Layouts, Collapsible text, Table of contents, Image carousel, Button, Divider, Placeholder, Youtube, Calendar, Map, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, and Charts. Then, the Page menu online application is used for the users to add a menu and submenus, and the Theme menu online application offers the users the default templates and designs. The users can change the title of the site. Then click the Publish icons.
Likewise, the icons below are the guidelines on how to share the Google Docs to anyone with the link for the maximum audience to browse, read, and download the Docs.
In sharing the Google Docs, the user shall right-click on the filename, click the Share icon, click the Change icon, click Anyone with the link, then, click Done.
If the user would like to link the adopted site or webpage on the Google Sites, just copy the URL, for example, https://www.greentechmedia.com/ then, click the text or image inserted on the Google Site and click the Link icon.
